Jenn Rice, a beauty product hoarder and lover of all things Art Deco, founded The Primp and Proper in 2010 as a way to express her obsessions via writing, and to better put her plethora of Post-it Notes found stuck around the home, office, car, and so on, to good use.

And yes, it’s true. Jenn currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to this she spent seven fab years in New York City, and coincidentally met the love of her life while vacationing in Barcelona, Spain back in July 2009. She then decided it was time to follow her heart and move out west. She still makes frequent trips back to New York City to attend New York Fashion Week, to absorb city life and to spend quality (cocktail) time with her besties.

When not globe-trotting or writing about quirky new beauty products and her travels, you can also find Jenn freelancing for several top national websites including SHEfinds, FabFitFun.com, Shape, iVillage, just to name a few.
